Deepika is hugely passionate about sharing the Pranayama practices of the Gitananda classical yoga
tradition as it completely changed her life having grown up with severe life threatening asthma attacks,
multiple hospital admissions, heavy daily medications and extremely low energy due to lack of proper
breathing. These practices are truly precious!
